Ich identifiziere Verbesserungspotenziale in unseren Prozessen, entwickle smarte Lösungen und gestalte die Digitalisierung sowie den Netzausbau bei 50Hertz aktiv mit.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Ich bin Teil eines Teams von Business Analyst*innen und gestalte die Planung und Umsetzung großer Infrastrukturprojekte aktiv mit. Dabei identifiziere ich Verbesserungspotenziale in Geschäfts- und Projektprozessen, entwickle passende Lösungen und begleite deren Umsetzung - von der Anforderung bis zum Roll-out.

Meine Aufgaben

• Ich fungiere als Brücke zwischen Fachbereichen, Anwender*innen und internen sowie externen IT-Partnern,
• Ich erfasse und strukturiere Anforderungen, entwickle Lösungskonzepte und analysiere diese für nachhaltige Entscheidungen,
• Ich koordiniere Ausschreibungen, begleite die Implementierung sowie den Roll-out und bin zentrale Ansprechperson für meine Lösungen,
• Ich verbinde Netzausbau mit modernen, IT-gestützten Prozessen, Methoden und Tools,
• Ich steuere Abstimmungen mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern,
• Ich gestalte die langfristige Vision für Prozesse und IT-Tools in der Elia-Gruppe aktiv mit.

Meine Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium des Ingenieurwesens, der Naturwissenschaften, Informationstechnologie oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften,
• Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst*in oder in einer ähnlichen Position, z.B. als Product Owner, Business Consultant oder Application Manager*in,
• Erfahrung mit agilen Vorhaben und Methoden (bspw. Agile-, Lean- und Wasserfallmethode),
• Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise,
• Organisationstalent, sowie Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein,
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement,
• Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
