Business Analyst Senior

Requirements:

Must have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software engineering industry (desirable).

Proven ability to speak and write clearly and effectively in English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies a must.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into technical specifications for the software engineering team.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Evaluate and recommend improvements to business processes and systems.

Use data analysis to identify improvements, propose solutions, and present to senior management.

Mentor and guide junior team members on application knowledge.

Help run agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives in coordination with the scrum master.
