Description
We are looking for a driven and analytical Business Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. You will take on increased responsibility in facilitating business requirements, refining processes, and strategically collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful results. This role offers an opportunity to solidify your expertise in business analysis further while contributing to high-profile projects in a dynamic environment.We accept CVs in English only.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elicit requirements using advanced techniques and adapt approaches for complex scenarios
- Ensure alignment of business goals, needs, and objectives with features while identifying potential risks
- Conduct detailed analyses of current states (As-Is) and future states (To-Be), focusing on broader impacts
- Define and document detailed requirements (user, functional, non-functional, system), such as Epics and User Stories, ensuring traceability
- Perform project scope analysis with techniques such as functional decomposition or value-stream mapping
- Drive collaboration with various stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate planning activities and prioritize initiatives across cross-functional teams
- Lead and moderate workshops and meetings to achieve project alignment and foster stakeholder engagement
- Facilitate demo sessions to present project achievements and gather detailed stakeholder feedback
- Oversee solution testing and ensure alignment during UAT with project goals
- Develop and review comprehensive BA diagrams (UML, BPMN), tailoring visuals to project needs
- Contribute to and support UX/UI alignment by reviewing wireframes and ensuring seamless integration of requirements
- Guide estimation processes, leveraging strategic insights at different project stages
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of relevant BA experience
- Proven ability to create, organize, trace, and manage complex business and functional requirements
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as an understanding of hybrid or Waterfall approaches
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and ability to address challenges proactively
- Advanced skills in conducting elicitation activities and adapting techniques to different stakeholder needs
- Extensive experience in facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and balancing diverse perspectives
- Ability to grasp new and complex domains quickly while providing insights across different business areas
- Proficiency in designing and interpreting complex BA diagrams (UML, BPMN) for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated expertise in ensuring UX/UI design alignment with business requirements
- Experience in guiding and managing solution testing, including UAT structuring
- Strong conflict management and communication skills within multicultural and cross-functional settings
- Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills capable of navigating ambiguity
- Fluent English proficiency (B2 or higher), including delivering detailed documentation and professional communication
NICE TO HAVE
- A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
- Advanced understanding of relational databases, with hands-on experience writing SQL queries
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner credentials
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other requirements management platforms
- Knowledge of New Distribution Capability (NDC)/One-Order knowledge and experience
