Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with proven experience in driving data-centric initiatives and business process enhancements across retail and corporate banking domains. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data insights translate into actionable strategies and DataMart's.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to stimulate, analyze, and document business requirements for data analytics, MIS and AI/ML.
• Perform deep-dive analysis using SQL, Power BI, and other tools to uncover trends, identify gaps, and support decision-making across banking products.
• Understand and analyze functionalities across retail (cards, loans, accounts) and corporate (trade finance, treasury, payments) banking products.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for DataMart's by ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Accountable for delivering and Maintenance of DataMarts pertain to Strategic analytics division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of retail and corporate banking products and processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, SAS, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Azure DataMart environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
