Position Overview:

The Business Intelligence Analyst at Ninja will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, develop comprehensive reports, and design interactive dashboards that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data from various internal and external sources to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
• Create and maintain intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports that visualize key data points.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Perform market research and data forecasting to support business strategies and objectives.
• Support the development of reporting standards and best practices across the organization.
• Monitor data quality and integrity, conduct data audits, and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
• Provide training and support to team members in analytical tools and data interpretation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.
• AI experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Experience with data visualization best practices.
