Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. What you'll do

CSBG Operations - Forecasting & Operational Excellence

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our CSBG Operations team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with global and regional teams to drive operational efficiency, enhance forecast accuracy, and contribute to data-driven business growth. If you enjoy working with data, partnering with diverse stakeholders, and improving business processes, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Forecasting & Business Reporting

• Communicate with each Account Team (AT) to gather, consolidate, and analyze forecasts, and develop Q×R (Quantity × Revenue) projections.
• Create and manage quarterly revenue and gross margin forecasts.
• Deliver regular internal reporting (primarily QCR/QFR) to management and stakeholders.

Operational Performance Visualization

• Visualize operational KPIs using SAP data and Power BI to support business insights and decision-making.
• Design, build, and maintain data visualization dashboards using SAP data sources.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work closely with Corporate, DT teams, and other regions to enhance forecast efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with related departments to build and streamline operational processes that support the CSBG business.

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively engage with stakeholders
• A team player who values mutual respect and collaboration
• A self-starter with strong problem-solving ability, capable of forming hypotheses and driving verification to resolution
• Interest in big-data analysis and operational data visualization
• Strong general PC/OA skills, including basic Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF
• Passion for improving and streamlining existing workflows and business processes

Preferred qualifications

Comfortable working in English or willing to learn and improve

Experience using systems such as SAP, Power BI, or similar platforms

Ability to create macros using VBA

Hands-on experience in process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
