We are partnered with a leading Real Estate Corporate who are looking to hire into their Real Estate Finance team.

Working closely with the Head of Real Estate Finance you will support origination, structuring and execution of third-party financing across a diverse investor portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and owning complex cash flow, valuation and scenario models
• Analysing and negotiating lender term sheets and loan documentation
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary due diligence workstreams
• Acting as a key point of contact for lenders, advisors and internal stakeholders
• Supporting valuation processes and strategic corporate initiatives
• Managing ongoing loan compliance and governance requirements

Key requirements:

• c.5 years' experience in real estate finance, investment banking, private equity or similar
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation capability
• Strong understanding of debt financing structures and documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field (CFA advantageous)
