Team mission
The Marketplace Content Quality team at GetYourGuide is dedicated to ensuring that the activity content on our platform is complete, correct, and consistent. Our work helps travelers discover, book, and enjoy experiences worldwide, directly supporting GetYourGuide's mission to unlock unforgettable experiences for travelers around the world.
As a Program Manager, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of initiatives that enhance the quality of our marketplace content. You will lead cross-functional programs, working closely with technical, business, and operational stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions at scale. Your efforts will empower both travelers and suppliers, ensuring our platform remains a trusted source for unforgettable experiences.
Your mission
- Lead and coordinate complex, cross-team programs focused on improving content quality across the marketplace.
- Partner with technical and business teams to define, prioritize, and deliver customer- and supplier-facing tools, processes, and metrics.
- Develop and implement program plans, ensuring alignment with company strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by establishing metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to monitor program success.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement, leveraging the latest technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate effective collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout program lifecycles.
- Prepare and present briefings, visualizations, and recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, test-and-learn experimentation, and operational excellence.
- You have 4-6+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, built-for-scale environment in project management, product management, or business analysis.
- You are a self-starter with excellent business acumen; nothing holds you back from executing with a test-and-learn mindset and ability to break down complex problems.
- You are highly analytical and very comfortable using data to create reports, prioritize topics, and identify areas for further investigation and technical improvements. Knowledge of and direct experience with data visualization concepts using business intelligence reporting tools (Looker ideally) is essential, while skills with data extraction using SQL and/or Python will put you ahead.
- You have a very strong understanding of AI technology and its latest developments. You are passionate about exploring and experimenting with AI solutions and tools.
- You are a fast learner with a knack for problem-solving to come up with innovative and creative solutions in a very dynamic environment.
- You have superb English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly. You can communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
- You are based in Berlin or are willing to relocate. We operate on a hybrid work model and value in-person interaction in our office at least 3 days per week.
