Description

• Person will be responsible for Multi billions of HK Dollars of non performing debt restructuring and liquidation
• Implement debt restructuring strategies for listed companies to enhance equity value and mitigate state-owned asset losses.
• Execute core resource debt restructuring through litigation and investment banking approaches, ensuring timely valuation and optimal recovery of assets.

• Establish and manage funds for non-performing asset acquisition, special opportunity bond investments, and distressed asset trusteeship services.
• Provide cross-border restructuring and liquidity support to clients, facilitating corporate bailouts and risk resolution.

• Conduct regulatory reporting and oversee the construction of information systems for the international company's EAST inspection and analysis system.
• Develop and implement corporate business development strategies, analyze market demand, and execute marketing activities.
• Supervise business execution and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, enhancing operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

• Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in asset management or financial risk management are a plus.

• Proven experience in asset management and financial services, particularly in non-performing asset management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and market assessment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Must have Chinese SOE financial services experience
• Fluent to native level Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
