Are you ready to make a significant impact on our talent acquisition strategy in Japan? As a Campus Recruitment Associate, you'll play a crucial role in attracting top talent and driving our recruiting initiatives. Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.As a Campus Recruitment Associate in the Global Campus Recruiting Team, you will oversee the end-to-end process of campus recruiting for program tracks in Japan, sourcing from both domestic and international universities. You will manage stakeholder requirements, plan recruitment seasons, coordinate events, and oversee internship programs. Your role will also involve providing oversight to recruitment efforts across APAC and participating in local and global projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and influence recruiting strategy to attract top talent for our Japan franchise from domestic and overseas universities.
- Build partnerships with senior business stakeholders, program management, and HRBA to formulate effective recruiting strategies
- Maintain relationships with candidates, program management teams, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
- Seek opportunities to build relationships with universities, partner organizations, and external peer groups.
- Plan and manage the Summer Analyst Program, including orientation days and continued learning opportunities.
- Provide support, mentorship, and act as a key point of escalation for interns.
- Partner with the business to evaluate interns for full-time offers.
- Plan and manage new graduate orientation program in Japan
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5 years of business/recruiting experience or relevant experience in junior talent resource management.
- Knowledge of the student market and higher educational system in Japan.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and manage projects.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities; ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, verbally and written.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Prior experience working in university relations, campus recruiting, or career services across any sector.
- Familiarity with APAC recruitment efforts.
