Collaborates with planners, and repair centre to ensure the appropriate materials are available to meet customer demand. Assist with managing inventory and helping the business make good inventory control and management related decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory related statistics; performs analytics to determine inventory related reports for both component parts and finished goods levels
• Present data to Management, make recommendations, and predict business activities related to inventory management
• Manage inventory E/O report and coordinate physical scrap
• Assist with coordinating distribution of inventory for repair priorities per planner allocation directly
• Work with planners to determine what parts will be required to meet demand of orders delivery
• Works collaboratively with finance, planning teams and other stakeholders regarding status of inventory
• Research past trends and estimate future trends that may influence inventory management
• Analyzes and correct inventory discrepancies; coordinates / leads physical inventories as appropriate
• Manage weekly inventory Cycle Count and half yearly/ yearly PI count
• Manage daily inventory reconciliation between repair partners
