Description
Our client is an institutionalised single family office headquartered in Hong Kong. They are running a diversified portfolio in Long/Short Equities Credit and Private Assets.They are seeking a highly intellectual, detail-oriented, and globally minded Generalist who will work directly with the CIO, supporting the full investment process across global public equities and credit.
This is a noncoverage, generalist role ideal for someone with a passion for deep fundamental research and a strong grasp of macroeconomic and thematic drivers influencing global capital markets.
The analyst will not manage capital or own risk initially, but is expected to formulate independent views, challenge consensus thinking, and deliver rigorous, actionable investment research. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of intellectual curiosity, humility, and analytical precision, with a deep understanding of business models, capital structures, and valuation frameworks.
Required Experience:

- Minimum 5 years total experience, with:
- At least 2 years on the sell-side (with a preference for Investment Banking or Equity Research)
- Minimum 3 years on the buy-side (hedge fund, long-only, equity fund)
- Prior sector exposure in FIG and CFA qualification preferred
