About the role:
As North America Logistics Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in one of the most complex and dynamic areas of our business: Supply Chain & Logistics.
Your work will directly impact cost efficiency, network optimization, and investment decisions across our North America operations. This is not just about reporting the numbers - it's about using them to drive strategic choices and uncover new opportunities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Logistics leadership to deliver sustainable cost savings and shape network transformation.
- Provide financial insights that guide critical business cases and investment decisions.
- Lead elements of the annual budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring plans reflect both risks and opportunities.
- Strengthen Diageo's control and compliance framework while simplifying reporting through digital tools and automation.
- Act as a trusted advisor, connecting transactional details to the big picture to unlock better decisions.
Experience / skills required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting.
- 2+ years of finance and accounting experience (supply chain exposure a plus).
- Strong systems expertise - SAP experience preferred.
- Analytical strength to break down complex issues into clear, actionable insights.
- A collaborative approach, with proven ability to influence partners across levels and functions.
- Excitement for digital tools and automation to transform finance ways of working.
