Description

We're looking for a Matter Management Product Owner to lead and enhance the technology platforms that support how legal matters are tracked, managed, and delivered. You'll own key tools-such as time recording, workflow, collaboration, and reporting systems-and drive improvements that boost efficiency and client service.

• Oversee daily delivery and performance of matter management products.
• Define product vision and maintain a clear, prioritised roadmap.
• Translate practice team workflows into actionable product requirements.
• Lead development of data-driven features, automation, and analytics.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, operations, and tech teams to improve user experience.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and feedback to guide enhancements.
• Provide training and communicate updates across stakeholder groups.
• Lead and support a high-performing product team.
