Description
Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in M&A from a bulge bracket or top-tier boutique investment bank, with exposure to cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support deal execution across all stages, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and investment committee materials.
Conduct industry and company research to identify investment opportunities.
Assist in portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across geographies.
Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience in M&A, preferably from a BB or leading boutique investment bank.
Strong exposure to cross-border deals is highly preferred.
Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; finance, economics, or related fields preferred.
Self-starter with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
