What you will do

Are you driven by innovation and ready to take ownership of high-impact product strategies in a global, B2B environment? As an International Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a dynamic portfolio of adhesive solutions, with a particular focus on applications in the automotive sector. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional international teams to bring new products to market and ensure their ongoing success.

• Develop, evaluate, coordinate, and implement international marketing strategies for a dynamic assortment of innovative adhesive solutions within a global team.
• Initiate, prioritize, and lead product developments in close collaboration with R&D, sales, customers, supply chain, and production.
• Conduct market and competition research to identify and develop new applications and market segments.
• Monitor the global business development of your product portfolio, including the initiation of corrective measures when needed.
• Define relevant KPIs and continuously monitor target achievement

What you will need

• Master's degree in engineering, a scientific/technical subject, or economics.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international B2B context with a focus on Product Management or Project Management.
• Previous work experience related to the automotive industry is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and a structured, solution-driven working style.
• High customer orientation and enthusiasm for solving technical challenges.
• Strong initiative, sense of responsibility, and collaborative team spirit.
• Excellent communication skills in English are required; fluency in German is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
