Overview:
Fortrea is seeking an experienced Program Lead to drive technology transformation initiatives across its global organization. This role will focus on program governance, modernization of legacy platforms to digital solutions, and ensuring strategic objectives are met across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives while keeping Fortrea's interests at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for major technology transformation programs.
• Drive collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to ensure program success.
• Oversee modernization of legacy systems and transition to digital platforms, including hybrid cloud and SaaS ecosystems (Azure preferred).
• Manage dependencies and ensure alignment with modern Agile software development practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, GxP, GDPR) - experience in Life Sciences is preferred.
• Support broader program governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, rather than hands-on product development.
• Champion Fortrea's interests during strategic partnerships and vendor engagements.

Recent Initiatives that Fortrea is involved with:

• Strategic Technology Transformation: Partnering with Cognizant to modernize global technology infrastructure, deploy hybrid cloud solutions, accelerate clinical application modernization, and enhance data and analytics capabilities.
• Oncology Patient Support Program Consolidation: Transitioning patient data systems and integrating FortreaRx™ to improve fulfillment speed and maintain seamless patient support.
• Divestiture of Patient Access Business: Supporting the divestiture process to refocus Fortrea on Phase I-IV clinical services, strengthening market position and innovation capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple dependencies in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development practices and modern technology implementation.
• Prior exposure to SaaS platforms, preferably on Azure, and experience modernizing legacy systems.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences regulatory requirements (FDA, GxP, GDPR).
• Track record of working effectively with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to drive alignment and program success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a technology transformation program within Life Sciences or clinical services.
• Experience managing digital adoption initiatives and hybrid cloud ecosystems.
• Ability to balance strategic governance with operational oversight.
