*JOB SUMMARY* The Program Manager 2 is responsible for managing multiple, medium to high level complexity programs and initiatives ensuring achievement of short and long-range strategic goals and alignment at a regional and/or system level. Onsite daily and will travel to other Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospitals in the region (as needed). *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE* Coordinates, manages and leads the design, planning and implementation of multiple, complex programs and processes and/or quality improvement initiatives. Leads program/initiative alignment by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations. Performs or oversees collection and analysis of data to identify opportunities for improvement. Presents findings, outcomes and recommendations. Develops data-driven metrics to identify gaps and implements interventions to improve results on key performance measures. Manages overall program support by soliciting input, maintaining records, and identifying, tracking and resolving issues/barriers. Monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness and implements changes as necessary. Manages vendor partnerships including collaboration, evaluation, and evolution of vendor partners and their solutions to meet the needs of the program. Develops and maintains program documentation such as training/educational materials, presentations, calendars, correspondence, etc. Ensures compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulatory agencies. Prepares and monitors program budget(s) to maintain financial viability.
