- 市場リサ-チ• 事業推進:日本のトレンドやエンタ-テイメント市場を調査し,新規• 既存パ-トナ-とのビジネスチャンスを社内や社外パ-トナ-へ提案
- 商品の企画設計:企画ブリ-フの作成,ライセンサ-のニ-ズとブランド要件の整合,制作チ-ムや開発チ-ムとの調整
- 製品開発サポ-ト:ライセンスの流れ,発売スケジュ-ル,マ-ケティング情報を社内で共有し,社内のチ-ムや社外のパ-トナ-と協力しながら製品開発を推進
- パ-トナ-シップ管理:ライセンサ-との日常的なやり取り)契約管理,オンボ-ディング,問題解決,監修物提出,フィ-ドバックの反映• 確認など(

With the expansion of the Duel Masters business, we are seeking a Program Manager to strengthen partnerships with licensors and collaborators and to deliver compelling products to players. We welcome candidates who have a deep understanding of entertainment and a strong passion for licensing business and product planning.
What You'll Do:
- Market Research & Business Development: Research trends in Japan's entertainment market and propose new business opportunities with both existing and new partners to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Product Planning & Design: Create planning briefs, align licensor needs with brand requirements, and coordinate with production and development teams.
- Product Development Support: Share licensing flows, release schedules, and marketing information within the company, and promote product development in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Partnership Management: Manage day-to-day communication with licensors (contract management, onboarding, problem solving, submission of materials for approval, and incorporating/confirming feedback).
What You'll Bring:
- Basic knowledge of product planning (concept → requirement definition → validation → launch).
- Broad knowledge and interests with strong personal engagement (e.g., TCG, toys, anime/manga, VTubers, art, music, fashion, social media trends).
- Ability to create planning documents and clearly articulate ideas (concisely explaining Why/Who/What/How).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Branding and differentiation from competitors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (WBS, meeting minutes, task management, budget and deadline commitment).
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years of work experience in consumer products, marketing, or entertainment industry.
- 2+ years of experience building and managing relationships with external partners.
- Deep understanding of the Japanese TCG market and gaming culture.
- Strong visual communication skills (ability to visualize concepts and key points).
- Ability to analyze and interpret data/user research.
- English proficiency is not required but is considered a plus.
- Creative thinker who can tackle challenges with persistence.
- Strong business judgment with the ability to balance risk and objectives and develop effective solutions.
- Capable of leading consensus-building while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
