Your new role

• Lead conceptual design and requirements definition for SAP S/4HANA PP
• Design end-to-end To-be production processes, including proposing BPR (Business Process Reengineering).
• Manage project progress, risks, and issues
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with global stakeholders in Business English and Business Japanese
• Provide expert consulting throughout the project lifecycle

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP PP Consultant
• 5+ SAP PP project engagements (implementation or large-scale enhancement)
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA conceptual design and requirements definition
• Ability to define the full To-Be production process and propose BPR
• Strong project progress and issue management skills
• Experience working on global projects, including leading sessions in English
• Business-level Japanese and Business-level English (both required)
