Description
Be part of our international Product Management team and play a key role in shaping the webshop behind Europe's leading ticketing platform. From mobile to desktop, our platform connects fans with live events in 25+ countries and enables over 300 million seamless ticket purchases every year.
Working closely with agile, cross-functional teams, you'll help build and evolve a platform that connects millions of fans with unforgettable live moments - every single day.
In this role, you'll take ownership of one of the core components at the heart of that experience.
What to expect
- Act as an domain expert and take end-to-end ownership of customer profile data and communication features within EVENTIM's professional ticketing software.
This includes customer data capture and validation across touchpoints (MyAccount, Checkout, external flows) as well as messaging use cases like registration, password recovery, or resale emails. - You analyze user needs, business opportunities, and stakeholder input (e.g. from countries, Customer Care, CRM, Resale, Mobile/Web) and turn them into clear product roadmaps, user flows, and testable requirements.
- Together with UX and Engineering, you deliver intuitive, scalable and compliant solutions - from APIs to backoffice tools and event handling.
- In an agile setup, you provide product vision, prioritization, and delivery support - always focused on impact: data quality, conversion, support efficiency, compliance, and communication outcomes.
- Your decisions are driven by insights - using both data and user feedback to prioritize, experiment, and measure what matters.
- You ensure go-to-market readiness through clear documentation, release notes, and enablement of internal teams and stakeholders.
What you'll need
- University degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience as a (Senior) Product Owner or (Senior) Product Manager in digital product development - ideally in an e-commerce or digital business context.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with Engineering, UX, and (international) business stakeholders to develop user-centric and commercially impactful solutions.
- Excellent skills in identifying customer problems, evaluating solution options, and clearly defining structured, testable, and cross-functionally understandable requirements.
- Experienced in agile delivery environments and confident in managing complex prioritization, iterative product development, and stakeholder alignment.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex product and technical topics into clear, audience-appropriate language.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
