Process Overview*

AML Data platform is the one stop shop of all the consumer, small business and mortgage transactions to give a holistic view of transactions along with the Channel, instrument and posting information. This information increase the ability of the bank to manage AML risk in a consistent fashion across all business lines with less cost possible.

Job Description*

Looking for a candidate to fulfill the role of a Business analyst and he/she should be fully competent to work under general direction on complex projects that have an assigned goal and should be able to proactively work with Business partners, Product owners and senior associates as required. Typically required 4-8 years of applicable experience. Knowledge of AML processes experience is desirable.

Individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for the global tech functions of RFT. He/she will need to collaborate with a large set of stakeholders in India and the US , independently work in projects with complete accountability, display a high degree of influencing skills , work closely with project teams, internal stakeholders in devising creative approaches to solving business problems and enhance team engagements.

Responsibilities*

• Work as an individual contributor for new initiatives and enhancements to AML applications using in Teradata and Informatica
  • Being able to participate actively in Design/Solution phases of the project.
  • Working with Business users to gather requirements and covert them into technical requirements.
  • Co-ordinate with Product owners, Upstream and downstream users to ensure that we created right technical requirements.
  • Domain Knowledge on AML, Payments and Transactional can be added advantage.

Requirements*

Education*

• Graduation / Post Graduation: B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
• Certifications If Any:

Experience Range*

• 7 - 10 Years

Foundational Skills*

• RBMS (Oracle, Teradata,) knowledge for development using SQL/PL SQL
• Shell scripting experience and Comfortable with Unix based systems
• Domain expert in AML, Trades, Securities and Payment life cycle.
• Experience with fully integrated SDLC development environments
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experienced in technical design with a strong background/track record of working in a high performance environment

Desired Skills*

• Ability to understand business requirements and develop software solutions
• Strong experience with data warehousing and Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools
• Agile project management (SCRUM, SAFe) methodologies
• Strong experience to data analytical tools/languages
