Role Overview

A premier global financial services firm is seeking a client-focused professional to join its Global Client Services team. Acting as the primary point of contact for premier asset managers, you will leverage your fund accounting and custody knowledge to resolve daily inquiries, coordinate cross-border internal teams, and deliver top-tier support.

Key Responsibilities

• Fund Accounting & Operational Support: Serve as the main contact for day-to-day inquiries covering fund accounting, administration, trade settlement, corporate actions, FX, and tax.
• Client Engagement & Issue Resolution: Take full ownership of client requests by collaborating with global internal departments to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Account & Market Onboarding: Assist clients with account maintenance, market opening procedures, and system access setup.
• Tech Adoption: Introduce clients to proprietary technology tools and drive the adoption of automated service solutions.
• Risk & Metrics Management: Handle monthly client reporting, track service metrics, collect vital compliance documentation (KYC/tax), and escalate risks promptly.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business).
• Experience: 3+ years in fund accounting, global custody operations, or financial client servicing.
• Technical & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of fund accounting workflows and global securities markets.
• Communication: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Core Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, high attention to detail, and ability to handle high-pressure tasks.
• Flexibility: Willingness to provide coverage during Hong Kong public holidays as required by global market operations.
