Role :

Do you want to have a direct impact on business processes performance and contribute to high-value ERP projects?

As an ERP Business Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will play a key role in digital transformation and the optimization of end-to-end business processes.

You will act as a bridge between business and IT teams, translating needs into concrete, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional solutions
• Create user stories, documentation, and functional specifications
• Contribute to the functional configuration of the ERP (workflows, roles, permissions...)
• Support ERP rollout projects (multi-site / international)
• Handle functional support, incident analysis, and resolution
• Monitor and optimize interfaces (API, EDI, etc.)
• Contribute to data quality and data migration initiatives
• Collaborate with business and IT teams in a cross-functional environment
• Train users and promote best practices
• Drive continuous improvement and process standardization

We are looking for:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (production, logistics, order-to-cash...)
• Experience in ERP projects, rollouts, or migration projects
• Strong analytical skills and structured way of working
• Comfortable working in complex and transformation-driven environments
• Interest in interfaces and integrations (API, EDI...)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured mindset
• Good command of German and English

Nice to have :

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA)
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
