For this reason, we are looking for aProduct and Ecosystems Manager who is eager to take on a strategic, digital role that is close to the business and focused on generating real impact for our partners and teams.

The main objective of this role is to design, evolve, and execute an integrated value proposition that enhances insurability products and solutions across strategic verticals (Retail, Banking, Utilities, Fintech/Neobanks) in which Cardif is strong globally. The focus is on competitive differentiation, scalability, and direct contribution to business growth.

Among the responsibilities we have:
- Align products and services with the business strategy and the needs of the Colombian market.
- Translate market understanding, competition, and benchmarks into portfolio decisions.
- Identify growth opportunities through new verticals (Retail, Utilities, Fintech/Neobanks, among others).
- Co-create Go-To-Market and joint monetization strategies with Cardif Partners.
- Redesign the value proposition with a focus on operational efficiency and user experience. Actively participating in defining assistance and platform services that add value to the Cardif proposition.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and traction.
- Be a reference for cultural change towards a customer-centric, data-driven, and collaborative vision.
- Drive product adoption through digital channels and strategic partnerships.

We are looking for professionals in Marketing, Administration, Communication, Engineering, or related fields with postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, Analytics, or related areas. It is important to have knowledge in:
